Fitness in Place and the team of trainers are phenomenal. They are welcoming, inclusive, adaptable, encouraging and so much more. Fitness in place offers a wide variety of different fitness and wellness packages, including individual work, group online classes, interest workshops, and lots of health and fitness resources. Fitness In Place is a welcoming workout community that truly accepts all bodies, regardless of experience. Vysh and Gabby are the coaches and they are attentive without being intimidating. They are experts in their field and they are great people. You need zero special equipment. They utilize items found around the house. No matter where you are when it comes to exercise experience, you will fit right in. When I think of working out at a gym I feel self conscious. I don’t feel that way with Fitness In Place. No matter your level of fitness, you WILL get a great workout! Since you are at home, there’s no need to go anywhere. The fact that there are no contracts and three tiers of membership makes Fitness In Place a no brainer. If you don’t want your camera on, you don’t have to have it on. It’s however you feel most comfortable. You are not required to say anything or be anyone other than who you are. Give Fitness In Place a try! You truly have nothing to lose.

Fitness In Place (FIP) is an incredibly supportive environment. It's so empowering to know how to do effective, accessible exercises from the comfort of my home, using things I already have around the house. The world of fitness has never felt like a safe and accessible place for me to exist in, as someone who rejected "conventional" (often harmful) goals such as losing x amount of weight or looking like a specific body type. Fitness in Place was a breath of fresh air, as Vyshnavi built a community for folks to feel like they too could exist in their whole bodies and move in a way that is healthy and safe. Over the past 6 years, I have seen the results that follow consistency and challenging levels of intensity. I have experienced it myself and have witnessed it through a number of my clients. I have had the honor to work with different people from a variety of backgrounds. We all have different needs and goals, but we all come to fitness to find solutions. My passion is empowering my clients to overcome any obstacle and achieve their goals by finding solutions that work for them.
