Diversity is your Super Power

Hear from a panel of industry leaders who have stopped hiding and started celebrating their diversity to find their voice, build a community and their business while making make a positive impact in the fitness industry. This panel discussion is intended to bring together BI&POC identifying fitness professionals together with a goal of providing attendees with tangible action items and an opportunity to start or continue exploring what it means to create inclusive fitness spaces.

Body Autonomy

A person’s right to take full governance on everything that transpires inside and outside his or her respective body. This is a tough one - especially in the fitness industry and it's for this exact reason WHY we must talk about it! Now with an uproar in body positivity, there is a division that has been created in the fitness industry about what is right and wrong and although we all know that diet culture and disordered eating has been an ever evolving negative message for health, we are left with others feeling afraid to talk about physical appearance and choices at all. Please join us in what promises to be a very passionate discussion on Body Autonomy and how we can all come together to respect other people's choices in a supportive way.
